unwanted items. All returned items must be in resale
condition. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Replacement
Filters
All
used replacement cartridge filters are non-refundable. This
includes all replacement filters for all Kangen™ water
generators, pre-filters and shower filters. Replacement filters are
a consumable item and we are not able to resell them
after water has been passed through them. If you ordered
the wrong filter you can return it in exchange for the
correct filter. If you have any questions please
contact us.
